ABOUT ANA'S CRAFT SHOP
I started my crafting interest from a very young age, but until 2022 I finally decided to create a website where I could sell the products I hand craft myself. To me it has always been about just working on my art, but due to requests it is great sharing my art with you.
I try to improve and succeed on giving my customers exactly what they look for in a product, because no matter how unique or challenging their request is, it is always about them. I make it to fit YOU as a person.

Return/Exchange Policy
Please keep in mind these products are all custom made by one person and they are far from being factory perfect. Please see care instructions for mugs/cups/tumblers. If there are any damages to any of my products within 20 days of purchase due to shipping or bad assembly I will replace your item. However, if it is due to poor care or normal wear and tear, you will not get it replaced. There are no refunds, only exchange upon item revision.
